Delivery times are indicated when ordering. Novelia cannot be held responsible for delays due to the carrier.
In accordance with applicable consumer protection law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized goods.
In case of defect, contact us within 7 days after receipt to obtain a replacement or refund.
